Returns

We only accept returns or exchanges if your order meets one of the following conditions:

  • Damaged Item: You received an item that was damaged during shipping
  • Wrong Item: You received an incorrect item that differs from what you ordered

Return Timeline:

Items must be returned to us within 14 business days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

Return Requirements and Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team immediately before shipping the item back to us. Any unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

  • BLEUMIE covers shipping costs only if the return is due to an item being damaged or incorrect.

  • In all other approved return scenarios, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Processing: We will process your refund within 5 business days.

  • Timeline: You should see the funds reflected in your original payment account within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider's timeline.

  • Method: Refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Use a trackable shipping service when returning items.

  • Retain your tracking number and shipping receipt until your refund is fully confirmed.

BLEUMIE is not responsible for any returned packages that are lost or stolen in transit without valid tracking information. Using a trackable shipping method protects both you and ensures accountability throughout the process.
