Where is my BLEUMIE order shipped from?

Our phone cases are fulfilled and shipped from our primary New York logistics center. If your order contains an Ipad or Macbook Case, those are shipped from our EU warehouse. Since every BLEUMIE piece is custom made-to-order, your premium case or accessory is carefully crafted, inspected, and packaged at this facility before being dispatched.

Exception: Phone Straps and MagSafe Power Banks ship from the US and are delivered only to US addresses.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We commit to a swift process that balances speed with quality assurance. All our products are made to order and ship within 24-48 hours. Once shipped, delivery times vary by region:

  • United States: 2-4 business days for Phone cases
  • United States: 7-14 business days for Ipad and Macbook cases
  • Canada and Mexico: 8-16 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 8-16 business days
  • Asia (South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia): 8-14 business days

These timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may be impacted by carrier delays, customs procedures, or other external factors.

What are the shipping costs?

SShipping rates are determined by your location and order value:

  • United States: $4.95 (FREE on orders $50+)
  • Canada and Mexico: $9.00 (FREE on orders $120+)
  • Australia and New Zealand: $12.00 (FREE on orders $120+)
  • Asia: $9.00 (FREE on orders $120+)
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping when you reach our minimum order thresholds:

  • US Orders: Free shipping on all orders of $50 or more
  • International Orders: Free shipping on all orders of $120 or more
Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Absolutely. All BLEUMIE orders include comprehensive tracking. You will receive an email containing your tracking number as soon as your order ships, allowing you to monitor its journey from our logistics center to your door.

Will I need to pay customs or import duties?

USA Orders: All US orders ship duty-free—you will not incur any additional customs fees.

International Orders: or Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and Asian countries, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their local government authorities.

Returns & Refunds

What is BLEUMIE's return policy?

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we uphold a strict quality-based return policy. We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Item: The item was damaged during the shipping process.
  • Incorrect Item: You received a product that differs from your original order (e.g., wrong model, wrong design).

We cannot accept returns for issues such as change of mind, providing an incorrect shipping address, or incorrectly selecting your device model (e.g., ordering an iPhone 14 case for an iPhone 15).

How do I initiate a return??

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us within 14 business days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team immediately before shipping your item back to receive a required Return Authorization.

What condition must the returned item be in?

All items approved for return must be:

  • Shipped in their original packaging.
  • In unused and original, resalable condition.
  • Sent using a trackable shipping method (highly recommended for your protection).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to an item being damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing: Refunds are initiated within 5 business days.
  • Bank Processing: The funds should be reflected in your original payment account within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank's policies.
What if I selected the wrong case model for my device?

We understand mistakes happen, but because every accessory is custom made-to-order upon purchase, we are unable to offer returns or refunds if the incorrect phone model or product was selected. We kindly ask that you double-check your device model (including MagSafe specifications) and case choice before finalizing your order.

What if my package gets lost during return shipping?

For your security, we strongly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping method and, for high-value items, purchasing shipping insurance. BLEUMIE is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit without valid tracking information.

How long does it take to create and process my order?

Since every item is meticulously made-to-order to meet our aesthetic and quality standards, please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for processing and production before your order is shipped from either our New York or EU warehouse. Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine, perfect condition.

How can I change or cancel my order?

As we begin production on all custom, made-to-order items within 24 to 48 hours, changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order is placed. Please contact us immediately if you require a modification. We will make every effort to assist you if your order has not yet entered the production pipeline.
