All BLEUMIE products are made to order and shipped out in 1-3 Business Days.
Each item is carefully produced, inspected, and packaged before dispatch.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All BLEUMIE items are made to order. Please allow 1-3 Business Days for production, quality inspection, and packaging before shipment.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

International

Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes. All BLEUMIE orders ship with full tracking.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.
Will I need to pay customs or import duties?
United States orders
All U.S. orders ship duty-free. No additional customs fees apply.
International orders
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in your order total.
Returns & Refunds
What is BLEUMIE's return policy?
Because all BLEUMIE products are made to order, we accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
What if I selected the wrong case model for my device?
Because each item is custom made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if the incorrect device model or product was selected.
Please double-check your device model and specifications (including MagSafe compatibility) before completing your purchase.
What if my return package is lost?
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt and tracking number.
BLEUMIE is not responsible for return packages lost in transit without valid tracking confirmation.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because production begins shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations may not be possible once your order has entered production.
